Information Firstlight Handles

Firstlight may store information you choose to add to the app, including:

• Tasks, notes, checklists, tags, projects, areas, headings, schedules, deadlines, reminders, repeat rules, focus sessions, and weekly review information.
• Image attachments that you choose to add to tasks.
• Calendar event details when you grant calendar permission, such as event title, time, location, calendar name, and calendar color.
• Voice transcripts when you use voice input to create or edit task text.
• Local notification state, such as whether a reminder has already been scheduled or shown.
• Basic app state, such as onboarding progress and dismissed permission banners.

How Information Is Used

Firstlight uses this information to provide core app features, including:

• Saving and organizing your tasks.
• Showing today’s plan, upcoming work, projects, tags, and review history.
• Displaying calendar events alongside your tasks so you can plan around them.
• Attaching selected images to tasks.
• Turning voice input into task text.
• Scheduling local reminders and app badge counts.
• Keeping the app working across launches.
